Warranty & Returns

Soccergolf™ strives to provide quality products and great customer service.  We have a 60 day replacement guarantee from the day of delivery for manufacturer defects.  Just take a picture of the issue and email it to support@playsoccergolf.com for replacement authorization.  Note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Follow these steps for warranty claims:
-Email us at  support@playsoccergolf.com for replacement authorization.
-Make sure to include photos of the broken item.
-Wait patiently for us to review your email. (this should take less than a day)
-Receive authorization to send part back to us.
-Wait patiently again for the replacement part to get to you
What!!? You want to return Soccergolf.  That’s crazy talk, but I guess if you made up your mind than we’ll take it back.  Just make sure it’s within 30 days from the date of purchase and that the item has not been damaged in anyway.  If the item that you’re returning had a shipping charge when you placed the order then the fee will not be refunded.  Note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping for the returned item.
Follow these steps for returns:
-Email us at  support@playsoccergolf.com for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number
-Wait patiently for us to send you RMA (should be within the same day)
-Printed RMA form and include it in the package and send the item back to us
-Wait patiently again for the item to reach us and then receive your refund
